- No license required.
- Alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
- Rent a boat is allowed to adults only (18+ years old).
- Sailing at least 200 meters away from swimming beaches.
- The maximum distance from the coast is 3NM.
- The maximum authorized number of passengers is 6 (4 adults and 2 kids).
- All our boats have insurance.
- During sailing keep a safe distance from other boats or ships, fishing or diving markers, sea turtles, swimmers, and floating objects.
- You are kindly requested to be at the Old Harbour 20 minutes before your scheduled departure in order to receive important safety instructions.
- The rental hours are from 10:00 a.m. till 21:00 p.m.
- In case of sailing prohibition due to bad weather conditions, the reservation can be transferred to the next day.
- No deposit is needed for your reservation. If you want to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Fuel is included ONLY for skippered cruises.
- Before boarding, check the boat for any previous damages or scratches.
- In case of damage to the boat or engine after your rental, you will be charged a similar amount according to the market price at that time. The same applies to the boat’s equipment.
- In case of loss of personal belongings during a cruise, ORION BOAT ACTIVITIES bears no responsibility.
- Please bring a copy of your identification card.
- Please pay special attention to the correct use of the safety equipment.
- During the rental, the customer is obliged to consult the nautical maps and the directions of use available on the boat.
