Our love for the Sun and the Aegean Sea -those two played, undoubtedly, crucial role in the development of Mediterranean societies- together with our adventurous spirit, led us to the foundation of Orion Boat Activities.
We create a unique sailing experience for you, which may combine coastal exploration, dives in light blue waters, snorkeling, romantic sunsets, and astonishing pictures of the Cretan seascape with backround the craggy, mountainous terrain of the island.
In Homer’ s Iliad Orion (Ωρίων) discribed as an asterism (18, 485). The ancient sailors were using Orion as a guide for their offshore night voyages. Likewise, our “Orion” will show you the route for an exquisite boat trip, providing the essential knowledge for a safe return.
